Health Insurance Sales Enroller

Title: Health Insurance Sales Enroller

Reports To:  Owner       

Headquarters:  Bellevue, WA

Hours:  Full time (once insurance license passed)

Compensation:  $10 – $14 per hour, plus $15 per health insurance application bonus. Significant upside income potential. Can earn direct residual commissions for work done on your own time. Second year income will improve dramatically as effectiveness is proven.

Summary Description: Working from the Bellevue office over the phone and in person meetings with prospective clients about Individual Health Insurance & Life Insurance. Responsible from beginning to end conversation and follow up after the sale. Must be extremely personable and interacting well with clients. Back office work will require written, electronic and phone follow up with clients on all matters. Establishing immediate rapport, with minimal fear of rejection, a must.

Busy season from Nov 15th to Feb 15th (extremely intense during this time).

Primary Position Requirements:

  1. Be the face of the company for new and existing clients regarding helping sign up and problems they have on their insurance.
  2. Have a checklist for each client on items to cover.
  3. Manage both the input and output of the CRM system for the firm.

Work Environment (Fit):

  • Must own mistakes and work to find solutions to client’s issues signing up on the Health Exchange.
  • Flexible work schedule in the Bellevue office
  • Daily progress report of sales, calls and pertinent information.
  • Owner encourages candor, regardless of position in firm
