We want to help you get the most out of your LifeWise individual health insurance plan. To do so we put together this overview with the information you need to use your plan the best. If you have questions we are here to help, however please reach out to LifeWise first. Most of the time the issue can be resolved easily by calling in or going online to see your portal with your claims or premium information.
We strongly recommend is to set up auto pay from a personal checking account. If you do it from a credit card and the credit card gets canceled and subsequently your payment does not process, your policy will get canceled. They give a 30 day grace period until coverage is canceled. LifeWise will NOT accept payments from business credit cards or business checking accounts.

FIND A PROVIDER: LifeWise plans use the “LifeWise Primary“ Network for Plans called Essential or Cascade Plans. (Scroll down to the very bottom of the page for exact step by step directions on how to look up doctors). Cascade Select plans use the Alpine Network of doctors (a smaller network).

Do NOT use the WA HealthPlanFinder for searching for doctors, as their search function is not accurate. It is always best to go directly to the carrier website and/or call your doctors office/hospital system billing department directly to confirm coverage. The Hospital Chart above is a general overview of hospitals in the Seattle area. There may be more hospitals covered in other areas. Check the Find a Provider link above for more details.
A few additional pieces of advise and good to know information. All carriers cover a true emergency as if it is “In-Network” for health needs that need urgent and needs immediate care. If you are going to be in another state often we recommend to pick a carrier that covers that state as well if possible.
