We want to help you get the most out of your Molina Marketplace individual health insurance plan. To do so we put together this overview with the information you need to use your plan the best. If you have questions we are here to help, however please reach out to Molina first, as 95% of the time the issue can be resolved easily by calling in or going online to see your portal with your claims or premium information.
We strongly recommend is to set up auto pay from a personal checking account. If you do it from a credit card and it gets canceled, if you don’t set it up again your policy will get canceled. They give a 30 day grace period until coverage is canceled.

FIND A PROVIDER: The Molina Marketplace network is the only one listed on their website. Make sure to choose WA for the state you are in www.molinamarketplace.com. Molina sells individual health insurance plans in many states, yet they do NOT allow you to see In-Network doctors in those states unless it is an urgent medical emergency.

Do NOT use the WA HealthPlanFinder for searching for doctors, as their search function is not accurate. It is always best to go directly to the carrier website and/or call your doctors office/hospital system billing department directly to confirm coverage. In the Hospital Chart above that is a general overview and there are many more hospitals covered. These are the main ones in the greater Seattle area. Check the Find a Provider link above for more details.
A few additional pieces of advise and good to know information. All carriers cover a true emergency as if it is “In-Network” for health needs that need urgent and needs immediate care. If you are going to be in another state often we recommend to pick a carrier that covers that state as well if possible.
