I need to hire someone ASAP that will help people get Individual Health Insurance on the WA Exchange. No experience required and we will train you! We spend considerable amount marketing online and referral sources that send us leads for people that need to buy their own individual health insurance. No cold calling or hard selling, the clients call us asking for help. Prior sales experience is helpful.
JOB DUTIES: What you will be doing is answering the phone for client customer service and new health insurance sales as people find us online and call in for help. Position will likely be working from home with a regular 40-hour work week from 8am to 5pm. The extremely busy time of year is November 1st to December 15th for Open Enrollment (the one time of year people can switch plans) and overtime during this time is strongly encouraged. The rest of our year is steady, yet not overwhelming.
COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate dependent on experience, health insurance premiums 100% paid for you and several bonus programs. Once you are trained and know the industry, pay will increase at a substantial pace!
- Will be working my current Book of Business (as people call in for customer service or new clients looking for insurance).
- Find clients on your own for higher commissions (Health, Life, Disability).
- If you have an Insurance License before starting would be preferred, but not required.
